How to check my application status?

Once the school receives your application and invited you for an interview, you will receive an email notification after 1-2 working days. You can also check your application status on Teacher Record website.

How to contact the school?

You can directly send the message to the school through the Chat button.

1. Log in and find the board “My offers” .
2. Find your application to the school and there is a green icon “ Chat”.
   

The school didn’t reply my message.

We are just a job board. And the schools use our job board services to recruit teachers only. Sorry, we don’t know when will the school reply to you.

School hasn’t handled the results

School directly handles their account. Sorry, we do not know when they will process the teacher’s interview results. But once the process, you will receive an email directly. You can also log in to Teacher Record and check your application status from time to time.

School reject my application/ demo video.

The school makes their decisions on the system directly. Sometimes they will leave the reasons for turning the application down. As a platform, normally we don’t work directly with them. But you could check the “reject” reason if they wrote it in the blank. The system does all the work automatically. Schools use teacher record platforms to recruit teachers and give “reject” or “accept reason” in the system by themselves.

Reapply after the school reject my application

Once the school refused your application or your demo video, you can not apply again. Only the school reinvites you from the system. You can try to message them in our system.

School didn’t process my application.

Schools use our job board services to recruit teachers only .

Each school on the job board is recruiting. If they don’t respond that fast probably because there are not many vacancies. Once there are more vacancies coming up they will deal with more applications and send interview invitations. But it depends on their efficiency.

All the jobs are verified before they were posted on our website. School directly handle their account. We don’t know when they will process your applications. But once the process, you will receive an email directly.

School didn’t process my demo video.

As a job board, I see them log in to their account to process teachers’ applications frequently. Normally teachers’ demo can be processed within several working days. But there are so many demos waiting in line. So the process might last longer. Please wait patiently, once the school process your application, you can log in to our website to check application status from time to time. We will also help you to send them a reminder.

My interview is failed.

The school makes decisions on the system directly. Sometimes they will leave the reasons for failure. As a platform. Normally we haven’t worked with them in person to collect details. But you can check what they’ve left with the reasons if they have written it. The system does all the work automatically, they use teacher record platform to recruit teachers and give a reason or not in the system by themselves.

How to record the demo video ?

Please check your email. Anything about the demo video is included in that email. If you cannot find the email on your mailbox, you can check it from Teacher Record website as the below picture shows.
